Position Overview:

We are seeking a Field Inventory Liaison based in Orlando, FL, with opportunities also available for candidates in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This entry-level role is designed to introduce you to the vascular business through inventory management, clinical product knowledge, and case coverage. You will report directly to the US Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) Field Inventory Manager and have the potential to grow into a future vascular clinical or sales representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with Clinical Service Managers, Clinical Specialists, Sales Representatives, and District Managers to ensure optimal product placement and availability. Reposition under-performing inventory to enhance revenue growth and manage inventory levels in alignment with customer segmentation and pricing strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Communicate and execute inventory management initiatives with sales and service teams. Conduct cycle counts, resolve inventory discrepancies, and oversee Phase-In and Phase-Out activities for product launches.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including key decision-makers and customer staff. Promote Medtronic's Vascular products and services, pursue leads, and assess customer needs to maximize benefits.
  • Market Development: Conduct market research, assess customer feedback, and communicate insights to internal teams, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing. Develop and implement market strategies to meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no prior experience.
  • Skills: Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Ability to travel domestically over 50% of the time.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds, sit/stand/walk for 6-8 hours a day, and operate a vehicle. A valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy are required.

  • Salary: Competitive base salary range of $64,800 - $97,200 annually, with eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.
