Position: Team Lead - CDM/PV

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate/Doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or Registered Nursing

Responsibilities:

Business/Customer:

  • Minimal customer interaction under guidance
  • Understand domain processes, sub-processes, and terminologies (e.g., SOPs, QC checklists)
  • For PV/Complaints Management: Perform data entry from source documents into Clinical/Safety databases, ensuring accuracy and turnaround times are met

Coding:

  • Conduct coding activities with efficiency and within timelines
  • Import uncoded terms into the database and export coded medical terms from the coding platform
  • Manage queries and prioritize “New Term Requests”
  • Perform dictionary upversioning as needed

CDM (Clinical Data Management):

  • Limited involvement in study conduct activities
  • Data review and query management with assistance
  • Minimal client communication via email
  • Activities require peer QC by supervisors or seniors
  • No involvement in setup and migration activities
  • Limited participation in data pad locking during database locks

Project/Process:

  • Handle first-level processing of transactions; refer complex problems to Supervisor/Line Manager
  • Adhere to quality requirements and achieve targets/volumes within turnaround times
  • Comply with mandatory industry regulations and process requirements

Knowledge Management:

  • Understand various document templates and standards (e.g., SOPs) to interpret documents and terminologies

People/Team Management:

  • Adhere to organizational hygiene and compliance needs, including timesheet submission, attendance, and assimilation
