Job Description:

We seek a motivated Territory Sales Executive to manage sales activities in the Nagpur region. You will work to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and drive product demand within the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales targets in terms of values, units, and applicable SBA for Cluster 2.
  • Manage territorial distribution networks and ensure the achievement of market share goals.
  • Meet customer expectations through regular visits, ensuring target call averages and coverage.
  • Conduct product and therapy-related activities in line with company marketing strategies.
  • Develop a strong customer base for B. Braun products and generate demand within hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  • Drive company strategies and report daily efforts using the company’s internal portal.
  • Enhance product knowledge through training and self-learning initiatives.
  • Report monthly stock and sales statements from dealers and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Update customer databases, focusing on Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Gather insights from the market and stay informed about competition.
  • Track and report lead generation and sales efforts as per company norms.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferred: Graduation or Master's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Post-graduation in Management is a plus.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare, life sciences, or medical device industry.
