Job Summary:
The Biologic Territory Manager at Sun Pharmaceutical is responsible for promoting Sun’s biologic products and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts specializing in Psoriasis. This role requires developing and executing territory business plans that align with sales goals. The Territory Manager will coordinate with various field-based employees to drive product acceptance and business growth in the designated area.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Product Promotion:

    • Promote Sun’s biologic product(s) and maximize business opportunities in targeted physician offices, clinics, and hospitals focused on Psoriasis.

    • Develop and apply territory business plans to achieve sales goals.

    • Coordinate with field-based teams (Customer engagement, Reimbursement, managed markets) to drive product acceptance.

  • Collaboration and Integration:

    • Work cross-functionally with various internal teams to ensure the successful adoption of products in the assigned area.

  • General Responsibilities:

    • Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

    • Utilize sales data, CRM, and forecasts to understand market trends and make data-driven decisions.

    • Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory and maintain timely reporting tasks.

    • Manage sales budgets and ensure timely call reporting tasks.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device sales.

  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated clinical acumen.

  • Ability to collaborate, innovate, and deliver results.

  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Psoriasis or other Immunologic Disease States (e.g., Rheumatoid Arthritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Multiple Sclerosis).

  • IV or Sub Q Biologic selling experience (including Oncology).

  • Experience in a complex reimbursement and access environment.

  • Dermatology selling experience.

  • Biologic launch experience.

  • Experience selling in a competitive environment.

Personal Skills/Attributes:

  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic "startup" type environment.

  • Strong and dependable, building trust within teams while maintaining transparency, ethics, and compliance.

  • Experience presenting detailed scientific information in a clear and understandable way.

Salary:
Base salary commensurate with experience.

Interactions with Others:

  • Interacts at multiple levels inside and outside the company, requiring tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.

Supervision Received:

  • Reports to Regional Sales Manager.
