As a Territory Business Manager for Multitherapy in Khandwa, your core responsibilities will include:

  1. Analyzing and preparing a working plan for your territory based on market research and data.
  2. Monitoring and achieving the set targets for your territory.
  3. Implementing and executing all strategies effectively.
  4. Engaging stakeholders, including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and pharmacy institutions.
  5. Maintaining discipline and punctuality in meeting internal process timelines.
  6. Proficiency in basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
  7. Quickly adapting to market changes and challenges.
  8. Strong verbal communication skills in both English and the local language.
  9. Performing effectively in clinics and presentations.
  10. Understanding and explaining anatomy, physiology, and the product portfolio.
  11. Organizing Camps (CME) based on division strategy and customer needs.
  12. Conducting prescription audits for Abbott and competitor brands.
  13. Generating POBs for Abbott brands as per business plan.

Required Experience:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience, or freshers with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm.
