About the Role
Labcorp is seeking a Temporary Site Management Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the site and leadership team at our Mechelen office. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and supporting the daily operations of the site, ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage agendas for local leadership and prepare presentations and site communications.

  • Handle administrative tasks and coordination for the functioning of supported departments and the site.

  • Organize and coordinate special requests related to operations.

  • Coordinate site and departmental management meetings.

  • Manage site office supplies and coordinate the distribution of internal and external mail.

  • Provide administrative support to internal and external visitors.

  • Create purchase orders for site and departmental office supplies.

  • Manage site management travel and expenses, as well as other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Management Assistant, preferably with education in office management.

  • Experience in internal and external communications and partnership development.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, and Smartsheet.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to competing demands.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
