Your Job:
As a Technical Project Manager in Platform Technologies, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing both client implementation and internal PharmaLex projects. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Project Oversight: Provide project management to ensure successful implementation by driving the project team and maintaining communication with all stakeholders.
  • Project Planning: Develop and adapt project plans while maintaining transparency on action items across participants and tracks related to the service or project.
  • Coordination: Direct the involvement and communication of relevant individuals across the internal organization and clients to ensure project success.
  • Requirement Translation: Translate client and internal business requirements into suitable service and technical solutions, including pertinent documentation.
  • Delivery Management: Ensure that projects are completed within established scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Process Improvement: Develop, review, adapt, and enhance processes related to the service or project.
  • Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on any other tasks as discussed and agreed upon with your Supervisor, including strategic initiatives within Platform Technologies.

Your Profile:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a Technical Project Manager role within the Life Sciences industry, with a willingness to engage in project details to drive successful outcomes.
  • Life Science Solutions Knowledge: Experience with life science technology solutions, particularly in safety reporting and safety database applications, within GxP governed environments.
  • Validation Knowledge: Familiarity with computerized software validation (CSV), including GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Communication Skills: Strong and assertive communicator (oral and written) fluent in English, capable of presenting to diverse business and technical audiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
  • Proactive Approach: Focused on continuous improvement and growth for yourself, the Platform Technologies Team, and PharmaLex.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to changing business priorities.
