Your Role
As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining our technical operations and ensuring smooth IT support for end users. Responsibilities include:

  • User Support and Troubleshooting:
    • Provide support for agency computers and networking.
    • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11), Microsoft Office, Adobe, printers, and monitors.
  • Help Desk Coordination:
    • Organize and oversee help desk activities and end-user support for the department and other technicians.
  • Onboarding and Device Setup:
    • Prepare and ship devices for new hires.
  • Local Travel:
    • Be prepared to travel to the Aventura office and Davie site as needed (local travel up to 20%).

Your Profile

  • Education:
    • High school graduate or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Skills and Certifications:
    • Microsoft A+ certification preferred.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues independently.
    • Knowledge of desktop support services.
  • Experience:
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language:
    • Fluent English (oral and written).
