Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inquiries, guiding prospective students through the admission process, and supporting them post-admission to ensure a successful educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inquiry Management: Process inquiries received through various channels and maintain accurate records.
  • Lead Management: Upload leads into the Transorze ERP system, conduct regular follow-ups based on the scheduled dates, and update statuses accordingly.
  • Communication: Send emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages to interested students to keep them engaged.
  • Lead Engagement: Reach out to cold/warm leads as provided to generate interest and secure appointments.
  • Office Visits: Encourage and facilitate students to walk into the office for further discussions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports to respective heads as per the required format.
  • Counseling: Counsel students from all sources and assist them in converting inquiries into admissions.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with students to check on their progress and address any concerns.
  • Fee Collection: Ensure that fees are collected on time and manage any related inquiries.
  • Post-Admission Support: Assist students after admission to ensure they receive the necessary training and support.
  • Placement Coordination: Collaborate with the placement team to facilitate student placements.
  • Event Organization: Organize events at the center in collaboration with staff and students to enhance community engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in counseling or education-related roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and basic office software.
