In this role, you will provide expert pharmaceutical care to a diverse patient base, ensuring timely and accurate dispensing of medications, adherence to regulations, and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare medications for dispensing, including order entry, filling, and packaging.
Review prescriptions for accuracy and compliance with safety guidelines.
Ensure medications are appropriate based on patient allergies, interactions, and medical history.
Provide guidance to patients, doctors, and nursing staff on medication inquiries.
Maintain inventory levels, order medications, and ensure products are available for timely delivery.
Supervise and provide feedback to pharmacy technicians on performance.
Log medication errors and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Ensure compliance with all Federal and State Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, and a valid State Pharmacist License.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in pharmacy operations.
Skills: Strong computer skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Experience with pharmacy operations systems.
