Your Role

As a Sr Manager in Medical Affairs, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of medical strategies and providing guidance to clinical teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership: Lead and manage medical affairs teams, driving initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement medical strategies to support Baxter’s product portfolio.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with clinical, regulatory, and business goals.

  • Clinical Expertise: Provide expert medical insights and input on clinical trials, research, and regulatory submissions.

  • Regulatory Support: Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure medical perspectives are integrated into product development and approvals.

  • Training and Development: Mentor and guide junior medical affairs staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.


What You'll Bring

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Medical degree (MD) or equivalent.

  • Experience: Significant experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive initiatives that influence clinical outcomes.

  • Expertise: Deep understanding of clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and the medical landscape.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to both internal and external stakeholders.
