Job Description:

The Sr. Manager - Lupin Life Sciences (Head Alternate Channels) will be responsible for expanding and driving growth through alternate channels for Lupin Life Sciences. This role involves strategy formulation, identifying potential partners, market research, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure product availability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Formulation and Implementation:

    • Develop and execute strategies to expand Lupin Life Sciences in alternate channels (e.g., non-traditional distribution, direct-to-consumer models, etc.).
  2. Partner Identification and Engagement:

    • Identify and engage with potential alternate channel partners to expand the reach and distribution of products.
  3. Performance Reporting and Insights:

    • Prepare regular reports on channel performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
    • Provide actionable insights to drive channel growth and performance.
  4. Market Research:

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the trends, challenges, and opportunities within alternate channels.
  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Work closely with product development, supply chain, and other internal teams to ensure that products are available for alternate channels and meet the necessary market demands.
  6. Training and Support for Partners:

    • Provide training and ongoing support to alternate channel partners to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
  7. Compliance and Policy Adherence:

    • Ensure that all activities within alternate channels comply with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
  8. Regular Reporting:

    • Monitor channel performance and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities in alternate channels.

  • Strong experience in channel development and business development, particularly in alternate or non-traditional channels.
