Who You Are

As part of the Commercial Analytics & Operations team, you will contribute significantly to analytics that guide the acoramidis launch execution and strategic planning, focusing primarily on the ATTR-CM market. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to monitor market dynamics, acoramidis performance, and commercial efforts. This role reports to the Director, Commercial Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide key business analytics and insights into acoramidis performance and the ATTR-CM market for senior leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, acoramidis performance, and BridgeBio commercial efforts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage and evolve automated performance reporting dashboards for launched brands.
  • Oversee acoramidis monthly performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain analytic tools (e.g., PowerBI) to address ad hoc market questions efficiently.
  • Utilize primary and secondary data sources to support acoramidis launch strategy and tactical execution.
  • Measure and optimize the impact of key commercial initiatives and marketing tactics (ROI).
  • Assist and lead efforts in marketing mix optimizationHCP/Patient segmentation, and promotional effectiveness.

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements

  • Education: BA or BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 5-10+ years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
    • 4+ years in Commercial or Business Analytics or Operations (Manager level or above).
    • Experience with specialty product launch in the US, preferably with rare disease therapeutic launches.
    • High capability in leveraging data and analytical techniques for business decision optimization.
    • Proficiency in business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
    • Experience with SQL and extracting data from warehouses independently.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs.
    • Strong skills in communication, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Experience in promotional effectivenessmarketing mix approaches, and sales force analyticspreferred.
    • Excellent project management skills—ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple projects effectively.

Salary Range

  • $170,000 - $235,000 USD (Final salary based on experience, location, and interview performance).
