About the Role:

CPC Clinical Research is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Sr. Clinical Research Project Manager to join our team. This role will oversee industry-sponsored clinical trials, Endpoint and Specialty Services activities, and other assigned projects. If you excel at balancing the big picture with day-to-day tasks and are passionate about managing clinical operations, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Collaborate with the Head of Research and Community Health Operations and Head of Endpoint and Specialty Services to ensure high-quality project services.
    • Mentor Clinical Operations Managers and guide them in maintaining the quality of project services and deliverables.
    • Manage clinical operations for single-site or smaller multi-center studies, including site identification, evaluation, initiation, and monitoring.
  • Site and Study Oversight:

    • Oversee site activities, including regulatory document collection, IRB submissions, and site approvals.
    • Review and finalize monitoring visit reports and follow-up letters with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
    • Handle study enrollment reports, site issues, and site payments.
  • Process Improvement:

    • Contribute to the development and improvement of SOPs and project management practices.
    • Define and monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables from initiation to close-out.
  • Team and Vendor Management:

    • Identify and manage vendor services, including investigational product supply and data capture systems.
    • Provide expert advice on the design and review of project-related documents and manage multidisciplinary project team members.
  • Endpoint and Specialty Services:

    • Oversee Endpoint and Specialty Services deliverables, including meeting scheduling and data management.
    • Ensure accurate entry and processing of photos, tracings, and other documents.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a scientific field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years in a clinical research setting.
    • At least 3 years of experience in sponsor or CRO clinical research project management.
  • Skills:

    • Thorough knowledge of Good Clinical Practice guidelines and FDA/ICH regulations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
    • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
    • Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams and ability to handle conflicts effectively.
    • Ability to travel 20-25% as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $95,045 - $115,000 annually
