Responsibilities; Customer Inquiry and Knowledge Services:

Your Role:

As part of a global team, you will be the second-level contact to support our commercial organizations/customer-facing functions with quality and regulatory knowledge for our global Life Science product portfolio.

What You Do:

  • You will assist and advise customers on quality and regulatory topics such as providing consultative services and documentation support.
  • You will interact with various internal functions (e.g., Quality, Regulatory, Business) to resolve customers' Quality (Q) and Regulatory (R) related inquiries.
  • Acting as the interface between customers and internal functions, you will advise both customers and internal stakeholders, explain complex topics to non-experts, and support the development of market-leading solutions.
  • You will create and improve digital solutions and workflows to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • As a Subject Matter Expert in a specific product portfolio and/or Quality/Regulatory topic, you will drive continuous improvements and implement digital workflows to improve service support.

Who You Are:

  • Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional working experience in a customer service-oriented environment in Life Science, Biotechnology, or related industry.
  • Good understanding of quality and regulatory guidelines, particularly for pharmaceutical raw materials (e.g., Excipients & API), is a plus.
  • Digital-savvy, proficient in using digital tools.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as SFDC, SAP, and Microsoft 365.
  • A customer advocate with excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and customer-centric skills.
  • Highly motivated, analytical, meticulous, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliable and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Global mindset with a willingness to attend global calls outside of office hours (e.g., night calls).
  • APAC regional exposure experience will be an added advantage.
