Your Role:

As a Specialist in Quality Services, you will be part of a global team providing quality and regulatory knowledge to support our commercial organizations and customer-facing functions. You will be the second-level contact for inquiries related to quality and regulatory issues, focusing on our Life Science product portfolio. You will assist customers and internal stakeholders, offering consultative services and developing market-leading solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiry & Support:

    • Address customer inquiries related to quality and regulatory topics, including documentation support and guidance on complex issues.
    • Act as the interface between customers and internal functions such as Quality, Regulatory, and Business teams, ensuring clear communication and resolutions.
  • Consultative Services:

    • Provide expert advice on regulatory and quality matters, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines, particularly in pharmaceuticals (e.g., excipients and APIs).
    • Help develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction and address challenges in a timely manner.
  • Digital Solutions & Workflow Improvement:

    • Continuously improve and optimize digital workflows to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction.
    • Leverage digital tools and platforms (e.g., SFDC, SAP, Microsoft 365) to streamline processes and improve communication with stakeholders.
  • Subject Matter Expertise:

    • Take responsibility for a specific group of products or quality/regulatory topics, driving improvements and digital solutions in these areas.

Who You Are:

  • Education:
    • Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 4 years in a customer service-oriented role within Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related industry.
    • Solid understanding of quality and regulatory guidelines, especially in pharmaceutical raw materials (excipient & API) is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Proficient in digital tools such as SFDC, SAP, and Microsoft 365.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric and collaborative mindset.
    • Analytical, highly motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Experience in working with global teams and managing cross-functional communication.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Exposure to the APAC region is an advantage.
    • Willingness to attend global calls outside of regular office hours.
