This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting embedded sponsor team as a Site Management Associate (SMA) in our Bangalore office. The SMA is accountable for the entire process from study initiation to archiving, ensuring studies are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and scientific standards as outlined in the clinical study proposal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) uploads and overall system management.
  • Oversee vendor management under the SMA’s responsibility.
  • Translate asset requirements effectively.
  • Manage the study budget and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare materials for governance and financial review cycles.
  • Proactively identify, oversee, and mitigate study risks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of eTMF experience in the clinical research industry.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Must be based in Bangalore.
  • Experience with global studies is mandatory.
