Role Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to join an embedded sponsor team as a Site Management Associate (SMA) at our Bangalore office. The SMA is responsible for managing the end-to-end process from study initiation to archiving, ensuring the delivery of interventional studies meets timelines, quality, budget, company standards, and scientific requirements as outlined in the clinical study proposal.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Accountable for electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) upload and system management.
  • Manage vendors under the SMA’s responsibility.
  • Translate asset requirements into actionable plans.
  • Oversee study budgets and financial review cycles.
  • Proactively identify, oversee, and mitigate study risks.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of eTMF experience in the clinical research industry.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Based in Bangalore.
  • Experience in global studies is mandatory.
