Role Overview

The Site Intelligence Leader is responsible for providing technical leadership in the development and refinement of Site Intelligence data assets, systems, processes, and tools. This role involves analyzing business needs, developing system requirements, and ensuring efficient workflows for Site Intelligence management. The role will also be accountable for managing the project planning and execution of data analytics initiatives, as well as ensuring data integrity and creating effective reporting strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enhancement of Site Intelligence systems, processes, and tools.
  • Analyze business needs to identify system requirements and propose system enhancements.
  • Apply Lean Business Process methodology to optimize Site Intelligence workflows.
  • Assist in the implementation of data integration interfaces and systems.
  • Develop reporting strategies and specify Site Intelligence metric reports and data visualization.
  • Support activities related to feasibility, site selection, patient recruitment, site alliance, proposal development, and marketing.
  • Identify and create additional tools for improved feasibility and site selection.
  • Provide leadership in project planning and management for Site Intelligence data analytics initiatives.
  • Execute and QC data imports from internal and external systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Analyze reports to identify and clean records, maintaining high-quality data.
  • Lead discussions and forums with colleagues across APAC to US regions.
  • Demonstrate advanced presentation skills in both internal and external communications.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Database Programming: Strong SQL programming skills, with data analysis experience and solution development capabilities.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, influence decisions, and manage virtual global teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with Site Intelligence data management systems and tools. Python knowledge is an advantage.
  • Consulting and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Communication Skills: Advanced written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage tasks in rapidly changing environments and under deadline pressures.
  • Client Focus: Ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions that address both immediate and broader concerns.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Technology and Database Experience: Substantial experience in database management, preferably in a clinical research or healthcare setting.
  • Database Applications: Advanced knowledge of database applications and experience in database development, maintenance, and data analysis.
  • Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of clinical trials, feasibility, site selection, and related processes is highly preferred.

Education

  • Degree: University degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Clinical Research, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
