Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage multiple HEOR activities including SLR, ITC, modeling, and dossiers to support Global HEVA business partners (BPs) in various product strategies.
  • Research & Evidence Generation: Work with Global HEVA BPs to design, execute, and complete research projects that support product strategies and provide evidence for decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access teams. Provide strategic support for HEVA evidence generation, including burden of illness studies, epidemiology, literature reviews, meta-analysis, and patient-reported outcomes.
  • Leadership: Coach HEVA associates, manage research planning, and develop core value dossiers under strategic guidance from Global HEVA BPs.
  • Process & Innovation: Lead the development of strategic evidence materials, drive continuous innovation in evidence generation, and ensure adherence to evidence generation guidelines. Work with vendors and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and maintain timelines.

About You:

  • Experience: 8+ years in HEOR within the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO, with strong project management and analytical skills. Experience in health economics, public health, epidemiology, or related disciplines is essential.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary global team. Ability to manage multiple projects across therapeutic areas with a customer-focused approach.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of reimbursement decisions, health economics, health technology assessments (HTA), and methods like observational data analysis and meta-analysis.
  • Education: Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline. Medical degree is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
