Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technician – Quality Control to support our product quality control testing. This role involves routine testing and release of raw materials, in-process, and finished products, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Senior Technician will also participate in documentation, calibration, equipment maintenance, and investigations related to quality control testing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine testing and release of raw materials, in-process, and finished products in accordance with SOPs.
  • Compile data and prepare documentation related to test procedures and reports.
  • Participate in investigations related to QC testing performed.
  • Write or revise standard operating procedures for quality control.
  • Oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Maintain lab cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Train other analysts on laboratory procedures and assays.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements:

    • B.Sc in Life Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or B.E./B.Tech in Biotechnology (3+ years of experience)
    • M.Sc in Life Science, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry (2+ years of experience)
  • Experience:

    • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with flow cytometers, knowledge of CD markers and conjugates, UV-Spectrophotometers, and microplate readers.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
