    Overview: We are seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our Marketing and Web Analytics team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive technical documents, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate complex technical information to internal teams and external partners. This role requires a strong background in technical writing and marketing, with expertise in web analytics tools and methodologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand products thoroughly.
    2. Produce user documentation including guides, tutorials, FAQs, online Help, and release notes.
    3. Utilize various content formats such as graphics, animation, and videos.
    4. Review and revise content to enhance clarity and adherence to style guidelines.
    5. Maintain and update existing content, collaborating with experts as needed.
    6. Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements.
    7. Translate technical information into clear and engaging documentation for diverse audiences.
    8. Create visually appealing presentations to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and client presentations.
    9. Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content by working closely with subject matter experts.
    10. Contribute to content strategy and messaging framework for marketing and web analytics initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 4-8 years of proven experience in producing technical documentation and learning assets.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle and project management tools like Confluence + Jira.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
      • Strong learning motivation with the ability to grasp complex technology domains rapidly.
      • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and delivering results.
      • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Degree in English, Technical Writing, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in marketing or web analytics.
    • Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Understanding of cloud computing and cloud storage technologies.
    • Proficiency in HTML and image management software like Photoshop.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
