Your Responsibilities

  • eCRF Design and Implementation:

    • Lead eCRF design within the scope of assigned projects, utilizing EDC tools like Medidata RAVE and Oracle Inform.
  • Quality Control and Review:

    • Prepare and review draft and final eCRFs and edit check specifications to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to optimize team performance and deliver timely results.
    • Conduct team meetings and provide guidance to Programmers and Data Managers.
  • Project Oversight:

    • Maintain study specifications and ensure compliance with standard object usage across the business.
  • Mentoring and Training:

    • Mentor junior staff and assist in developing training programs to enhance team competencies.
  • Technical Consultation:

    • Provide consultation on database design and development with data managers, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay informed on new EDC vendor developments and implement processes to improve system efficiency.

Your Profile

  • Experience and Skills:

    • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in data management and database programming, including 4 years with Medidata RAVE, Oracle Inform, or Veeva.
  • Technical Expertise:

    • Strong knowledge of eCRF design, database support, and clinical data management programming.
  • Communication:

    • Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork and Leadership:

    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and mentor others while managing tight deadlines with high-quality output.
