4 to 6 years

Basic Qualifications:

  • PhD in Statistics with or without relevant experience or MSc in Statistics with 4+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial design, execution, analysis, and interpretation.

  • Expertise in a wide range of statistical methodologies (e.g., Experimental design, mixed models, Bayesian methods, linear and nonlinear regression).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain novel and standard methods to statisticians and clinical colleagues.

  • Proven ability to influence across multiple functions and organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in applying methodologies such as Experimental design, mixed models, Bayesian methods, linear and nonlinear regression, and repeated measures.

  • Experience with modeling, simulation, and other innovative methodologies.

  • Evidence of statistical innovation and technical statistical strength in the clinical trial domain.

  • Experience in regulatory submissions and interaction with regulatory bodies.

  • Experience working with and coordinating CROs.

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide statistical input for clinical study design, analysis, reporting, and interpretation.

  • Influence clinical development plans, regulatory strategies, and commercial strategies.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Identify, develop, and implement novel statistical methodologies.

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of statistics and explore their applicability.

  • Manage conflicting demands and priorities.

  • Develop creative solutions and apply them to problem-solving.
