Position: Senior Statistical Programmer

Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Trivandrum - Hybrid

Role Overview:

As a Senior Statistical Programmer, you will play a crucial role in creating and validating safety and efficacy analysis datasets while adhering to CDISC and client-specific standards. Your expertise will ensure high quality and accuracy in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and validate safety and efficacy analysis datasets.
  • Develop and validate safety and efficacy tables, listings, and figures.
  • Create study-specific or general macros and finalize programming specifications/mock-ups.
  • Adhere to programming specifications and complete required documentation.
  • Plan and organize workloads effectively to meet project timelines.
  • Implement resource planning and task allocation in line with KPIs and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with the biostatistics team, senior programming staff, management, and sponsors to achieve study goals.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in ADaM programming.
  • Proven ability to create and validate ADaM datasets for safety and efficacy domains.
  • Strong proficiency in SAS programming, including SAS/Base, PROC SQL, SAS/Stat, SAS Macros, and SAS/Graph (Base and Advanced SAS).
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
