Position: Senior Statistical Programmer

Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Trivandrum - Hybrid

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Create and validate safety and efficacy analysis datasets in adherence with CDISC and client-specific standards, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and validate safety and efficacy tables, listings, and figures.
  • Create study-specific or general macros and finalize programming specifications/mock-ups.
  • Follow programming specifications and complete required documentation accurately.
  • Plan and organize your workload to meet project timelines effectively.
  • Implement resource planning, task allocation, and workload tracking in accordance with KPIs and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with the biostatistics team, management, and sponsor personnel to achieve study goals.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in ADaM programming.
  • Proven experience in creating and validating ADaM datasets for safety and efficacy domains.
  • Strong SAS programming skills in SAS/Base, PROC SQL, SAS/Stat, SAS Macros, and SAS/Graph (Base and Advanced SAS).
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
