Job Description:

We are seeking a talented professional with strong copywriting and medical writing skills to develop medical content and market access materials for brands. This role will work directly with a major pharmaceutical client, requiring expertise in promotional copywriting focused on the medical industry. The ideal candidate should have the ability to translate scientific data into compelling promotional content. Creativity, innovation, and problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

Additionally, responsibilities may include developing medical and scientific communication content, ensuring regulatory compliance, and utilizing medical literature references. The role may also involve creating market access content.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations, ensuring content development is supported by authentic and up-to-date references.
Develop and update content for commercial assets, focusing on omnichannel implementation across digital platforms (banner ads, emails, sales rep materials, social media content, websites) and printed materials (posters, slide kits, patient guidelines, leaflets, conference materials).
Review digital modules and assets assembled by the local team for medical accuracy, referencing, and language expertise.
Collaborate with graphic design, brand, and production teams on content requirements, briefs, workshops, and project deliveries.
Ensure tasks are performed as per assigned processes, guidelines, and SOPs using specified tools and platforms.
Adhere to best practices in communication, project management, documentation, and technical writing, including grammar, stylization, content summarization, data conflicts, and referencing.
Participate in assigned training programs and work on projects as required.
Engage in client calls as per project requirements.
Maintain compliance with quality, confidentiality, and security standards.

Must Have:

Education: M Pharm/BDS/MDS
Experience: Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical companies.
Strong knowledge in respiratory & cardiovascular, renal & metabolic, and oncology fields.
Passion for writing with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage with stakeholders and build client relationships.
Awareness of the latest technical and scientific developments relevant to projects.
Client-oriented mindset focused on long-term relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and organization.
Experience working in a multinational matrix environment.
