Job Description:

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee interdisciplinary clinical research programs, ensuring compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. This role will manage projects from launch to closeout, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget management. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the financial performance and deliverables of assigned projects, coordinating activities with project partners and proactively managing issues. The position also involves client relationship management, business development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership and Delivery: Oversee project conduct, ensuring compliance with clinical research standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Reporting and Communication: Manage project tracking, develop project plans, and prepare reports for clients and management.
  • Business Development: Participate in bid defense meetings and develop client relationships to generate future business.
  • Management: Provide oversight for Project Support staff and mentor team members, ensuring quality work and timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
  • Experience: Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, and clinical monitoring procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage time and work independently.

Shift Details:

  • Work Mode: Remote (Home-based)
  • Travel: Approximately 25%
