Position Summary

As a Learning Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience for our Hyderabad R&D team by identifying and addressing local learning needs. Partnering closely with Hyderabad R&D Leadership, Enterprise Learning, and R&D Learning teams, you will conduct comprehensive learning needs assessments, leverage existing content, or develop new solutions with the help of local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Your key responsibilities will include leading learning engagement sessions, facilitating in-person learning events, and coordinating the delivery of learning programs within the Hyderabad site. You will also guide SMEs to improve content relevance and presentation delivery, monitor program attendance and feedback, and make necessary adjustments to meet identified learning gaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hyderabad R&D Leadership to assess and address local learning requirements not covered by Enterprise Learning or existing R&D programs.
  • Work with Enterprise Learning and R&D Learning teams to leverage existing content and develop new solutions with local SMEs to fill learning gaps.
  • Lead engagement sessions with SMEs to gather learning requirements, content, and feedback on existing materials.
  • Facilitate in-person learning events focused on R&D-specific orientation, skill development, Drug Development concepts, and other foundational topics.
  • Coordinate and communicate the end-to-end delivery of learning programs within the Hyderabad site using standard BMS tools and communication platforms.
  • Utilize various methods to ensure effective learning engagement for R&D stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to SMEs to enhance content focus and relevance, and improve their presentation delivery skills.
  • Monitor attendance and feedback, modifying learning programs as needed to address learning gaps and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise and R&D Learning teams to adhere to standards for learning development, administration, logistics, delivery, and measurement.
  • Partner with local learning vendors as necessary to support the delivery of learning programs.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree is a plus.
  • Over 8 years of experience in coordinating, developing, and delivering adult learning experiences, preferably within a biopharmaceutical company.
  • Basic knowledge of R&D drug development processes.
  • Proven experience in planning and managing multiple complex learning projects/events simultaneously.
  • Strong experience in developing learner engagement and communication strategies and managing communication channels.
  • Expertise in facilitating learning and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Experience in engaging and managing learning vendors.

Experience

  • Proficient in LMS administration tools and technology.
  • Skilled in building and managing SharePoint sites, Teams, and other communication channels.
  • Strong customer experience and engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of learning technology and the innovation landscape.
  • Excellent project planning and management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality learning delivery.
