Job Description: MICC Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our expanding team in the Medical Information Contact Centre (MICC). In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Handle the intake of calls and/or emails related to Adverse Events (AE), Product Quality Complaints (PQC), Medical Inquiries (MI), and General Inquiries (GI). Perform duplicate checks and case registration.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up inquiries via phone and email, including translating inquiries if they are not in English.
  • Documentation: Develop and manage all required documents for the MICC.
  • Mentorship: Serve as a mentor to the MICC team, providing guidance and support.
  • Audit Support: Assist with audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise: Subject matter expert with experience in a Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) for the Pharmacovigilance function.
  • Experience:
    • Senior Role: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
    • Lead Role: 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Education: Graduate or post-graduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, dentistry, allied health sciences, or related fields.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and coordination.
