Purpose

The Sales Team serves as the primary interface between the company and healthcare professionals in key therapeutic areas, promoting product awareness and providing up-to-date knowledge for better treatment outcomes. This role focuses on establishing relationships with healthcare professionals to connect with patients’ journeys and improve their care.


Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders, medical professionals, and pharmacists to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

Business Development

  • Explore and identify business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of the territory in collaboration with the Sales Manager or CBL.

Sales and Marketing Activities

  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues and the Sales Manager to plan and organize meetings, symposiums, and promotional activities.
  • Enhance product awareness and create detailing opportunities with targeted customers.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor marketing trends and competitors' sales activities.
  • Provide insights and updates to management and marketing teams on any changes that may impact sales objectives.

Product Launch Support

  • Actively participate in new product listing and launch initiatives to ensure successful market entry.

Resource Management

  • Utilize promotional funds, materials, and budgets effectively to achieve sales and profit targets.

Qualifications

Education

  • University graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for roles such as Sales Executive, Associate Account Manager, or Account Manager.

Skills and Competencies

  • Agile mindset with a passion for challenges and continuous learning.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in Cantonese, Chinese, and English.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
