Job Description:

As a Senior Global Project Manager, Real-World Evidence, you will lead complex global real-world evidence (RWE) studies and non-interventional studies. You will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and oversight of these studies, ensuring they meet global business objectives, regulatory standards, and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategic frameworks for RWE studies, aligning with global business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize key research questions and study designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful RWE strategies.

Project Management Excellence:

  • Lead complex global RWE studies from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
  • Proactively identify risks and create contingency plans to mitigate challenges.

Regulatory and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP, ICH-GCP, GDPR) and ethical guidelines throughout the study lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs to secure approvals and maintain compliance.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (clinical operations, medical affairs, regulatory affairs) and external partners.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Resolve conflicts and proactively address challenges to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in life sciences, health economics, epidemiology, or statistics.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in project management, clinical research, or real-world evidence.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English.

Competency Profile:

  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of successfully managing global projects.
  • Deep understanding of RWE methodologies and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines for clinical research and RWE.
