About the Role
The Global Scientific Communications Content Hub is a high-performing, collaborative team responsible for developing medical communications, medical education, and medical information content. The team works closely with global medical units across Healthcare and is based in the R&D Hub in Bengaluru. We are looking for passionate scientific writing professionals to contribute to the growth of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development: Independently and collaboratively develop medical content for a variety of project types, audiences, and writing styles, including publications, congress materials, and medical education content.
Improvement Initiatives: Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Global Scientific Communications Content Hub.
Who You Are
Experience:
Senior Writer: 3+ years in medical communications/medical affairs/clinical research in an international Pharma/Biotech/agency setting.
Expert Writer: 5+ years of professional experience in the same fields.
Track Record: Proven ability in successful scientific writing, capable of developing a variety of content types while meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
Education: Advanced degree in science, medicine, or a related field.
Therapeutic Expertise: Experience in one or more key therapy areas (Oncology, Neurology, Immunology, Fertility, Cardio-metabolic, Endocrinology).
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex scientific datasets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Awareness of trends in scientific communications.
