Job Title: Senior Executive - Production

Location: Bharuch, Gujarat, India


Job Overview

The Senior Executive - Production will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of production processes, maintaining delivery schedules, and ensuring compliance with GMP and safety regulations. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing production documents, and contributing to the overall safety and quality goals of the plant.


Key Responsibilities

Production Management

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of work programs to maximize overall efficiency.
  • Ensure all product delivery schedules are met as per the committed plan.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Stores/Warehouse functions to maintain smooth operations.
  • Operate various sections of the plant, including monitoring control systems, pipelines, and metering systems.

Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain and issue GMP documents like BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), deviation reports, SOPs, etc.
  • Handle BMR, BPR (Batch Production Records), and ECR efficiently.
  • Complete analysis of in-process samples and communicate the results to the plant within standard timelines.
  • Regularly update knowledge of GMP and SOPs.

Safety and EHS

  • Ensure adherence to EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) regulations.
  • Report accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to supervisors.
  • Mentor and train junior staff on safe operational procedures.

Customer Satisfaction and Audit Requirements

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and safety audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in production activities, especially in the Chemical/API industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in DCS (Distributed Control System).
    • Strong understanding of GMP documentation and safety procedures.
