Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing team at Navitas Life Sciences. This core role focuses on the successful delivery of consultancy projects, managing project workstreams and client relationships, and initiating business development activities. Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

Consultancy Project Delivery:

  • Independently lead workstreams or sub-projects to build client solutions and ensure effective implementation.
  • Manage and own the implementation of project elements or workstreams.
  • Define and understand client needs, leading the analysis, design, and implementation of solutions.
  • Anchor all outputs to agreed project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Perform routine project management, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Maintain significant client contact through face-to-face dialogue, project team meetings, and workshops to develop distinctive solutions and effective outcomes.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on client projects and/or Navitas Life Sciences industry-leading PV and Regulatory Networks.
  • Coach team members in designing solutions, workshops, and presentations.
  • Produce ‘client-ready’ materials and presentations that clearly address business needs.

Business Development:

  • Identify business opportunities, leads, and support client relationship management.
  • Conduct and support new business development activities such as proposal development and responding to RFPs.
  • Contribute to routine account meetings to build and manage opportunities.

Contribution to Navitas Life Sciences:

  • Support and participate in strategic themes and management initiatives.
  • Develop collateral for projects and domain areas, including case studies and Points of View (PoV).
  • Act as an SME to develop and deliver knowledge management and training tools and materials.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, drive, and responsibility for tasks and personal development within Navitas Life Sciences.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in the Life Sciences industry or a consulting role, with:
    • At least 2 years in a consulting role and/or
    • At least 3 years in a Life Sciences/Pharma industry role.
  • Preferred experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance
    • Clinical Development Processes
    • Labeling and Regulatory Affairs
    • Risk Management, Quality, and Compliance

Evidence of Capability:

  • Solid consulting skills with methodologies and tools.
  • Confident and concise communication.
  • Strong client and project management capabilities, including:
    • Scoping and requirements definition
    • Business case development
    • Planning, scheduling, and tracking
    • Stakeholder management
    • Resource management
    • Status reporting, issue, and risk management
    • Communication planning: reports, meetings
    • Implementation planning
    • Project close-out
  • Commercial acumen and some business development experience.
