About This Role:
As a Senior Consultant in Advanced Analytics within the RWE Analytics team, you will lead statistical programming efforts at all stages of projects, from planning to completion. You will collaborate with junior team members to design, develop, and deliver solutions for clients across multiple projects, leveraging your expertise in statistical theory, data analysis, regression analysis, and experimental design. The role requires proficiency in data analytics and statistical software/tools like R, Stata, Python, and SAS, with 8+ years of relevant experience in the field.

Key Accountabilities:

Act as the lead statistical programmer, interacting with study teams and sponsors.
Review case report forms (CRFs), data management plans, data specifications, and other study-related documents.
Prepare specifications for CDISC and other analysis datasets.
Develop SAS programs to generate listings, tables, and figures as outlined by the statistical analysis plan.
Perform quality control (QC) and validation of TLFs, CDISC datasets, and other analysis datasets.
Lead project teams in the design, development, and delivery of client solutions.
Provide high-level input for client deliverables, offering support and strategic recommendations tailored to specific projects.
Provide advice and support to existing clients, both within and outside of projects.
Help manage existing business accounts and identify new business opportunities for Parexel.
Mentor and develop team members to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Ensure adherence to quality standards across all projects and implement new methodologies and techniques.
Foster thought leadership opportunities in Advanced Analytics.
Work with senior management to identify further service opportunities and contribute to business development.

Additional Responsibilities:

Ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, with quality and client satisfaction at the forefront.
Support and train Senior Associates and Associates in their daily responsibilities.
Flag any areas of acute training needs to line managers.
Maintain client relationships on assigned projects, ensuring optimal client management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to work under pressure and meet competing deadlines.
Excellent scientific, business writing, and presentation skills, with great attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, especially in relaying technical information.
Proficiency in statistical programming with SAS (Base, Stat, Graph, Macro), R, SPSS, STATA, and WinBUGS.
Competency in written and spoken English.
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in non-technical terms.
Strong problem-solving skills and a quick learner.
Leadership ability in methodological areas of projects.

Knowledge & Experience:

8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or pharmaceutical organizations.
Strong statistical programming skills using SAS, R, or STATA.
Experience with healthcare data analysis and real-world evidence (RWE) analytics.
Ability to work independently and lead teams.
Strong client-facing experience and project management skills.

Education:

MSc or PhD in Health Economics, Health Policy, Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields.
