Position Overview
Title: Senior Clinical Team Lead (SCTL)
Location: Remote - USA

The Senior Clinical Team Lead (SCTL) is responsible for the clinical delivery of research trials, acting as the Clinical Project Manager (CPM) within the core project team. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and other functional leads to ensure successful trial execution within contractual and budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Project Performance:
    Drive clinical project performance toward contracted deliverables while addressing customer needs and maintaining operational excellence.

  • Collaboration and Communication:
    Lead communication and collaboration with clients and project teams in a multicultural environment. Develop and implement clinical project strategies with stakeholders.

  • Operational Management:
    Manage project operations to support subject recruitment, vendor delivery, and monitoring strategies.

  • Risk Management:
    Identify project risks using end-to-end risk management practices. Utilize data sources and dashboards for proactive problem solving and ensure adherence to governance and regulatory requirements.

  • Budget and Resource Management:
    Oversee project budgets and resources, ensuring adherence to financial milestones and managing scope changes effectively.

  • Team Leadership:
    Inspire and lead high-performing clinical project teams, fostering communication and teamwork. Mentor team members and ensure resource projections are accurate.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • University/college degree (life science preferred) or relevant allied health certification.

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

  • Experience:

    • 2 years in a CTL, Project Manager, or similar role; CRA experience preferred.

    • Global clinical project management experience.

    • Strong knowledge of ICH Guidelines, GCP, and international regulatory requirements.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or advanced certification (e.g., PMP).
