Job Title: Clinical Research Assistant 4
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Starting Pay: $64.48/hr - $69/hr

Job Responsibilities:

Review laboratory findings for accuracy.
Supervise clinical studies and research projects.
Instruct staff on operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
Develop, standardize, and modify procedures and tests.
Establish and monitor quality assurance programs.
Supervise and train laboratory personnel.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Proficient in working independently and managing time effectively.
Expertise in leadership and mentoring.
In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and local regulations.
Advanced data analysis and documentation skills.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
8-10 years of relevant experience required.
