Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, triage client requests for contracting support and ensure requests are reviewed, assessed, and allocated efficiently and appropriately to the correct Legal groups.
  • Engage frequently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality client experiences.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the end-to-end contracting process and governance, identifying areas that may require clarification or refinement for continuous improvement.
  • Manage client inquiries and feedback effectively.
  • Regularly review and assess client requests and the triage process with the Global Contracting Operations Senior Manager to ensure ongoing monitoring and process enhancement.
  • Ensure coordination and effective communication with various Legal groups.
  • Assist with various operational and administrative responsibilities, including:
    • Business-as-usual (BAU) reporting.
    • Managing and maintaining training content/resources.
    • Handling various communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in contract administration, operations, or a similar role in legal operations, with expertise in managing client requests and triaging for contract support.
  • Knowledge and experience in contracts and related processes.
  • Technical skills to understand IT systems supporting the contracting process are a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to support global business operations across different geographies.
