Job Description

Position: Senior Analyst / Analyst

EVERSANA is seeking a Senior Analyst/Analyst to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in driving EVERSANA's success and laying the groundwork for future growth. As a core member of the Tendering team, you will take ownership of exciting new projects and work across various international markets to capture and manage Tendering data. You will be responsible for data standardization and quality checks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify sources of Tender data across different countries.
  • Extract and standardize Tender data from identified sources.
  • Allocate tasks and track progress within the team.
  • Perform quality control (QC) on extracted data.
  • Coordinate with the development team for data enhancements and verification.
  • Collaborate with the US team to address client requirements when needed.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or tendering domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of human drugs, active ingredients, and ATC classifications.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in both small and large groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to create detailed documentation and deliver clear presentations to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B Pharma/M Pharma).
