The Antibody Team focuses on engineering and developing high-quality antibodies for various immunoassays. The team specializes in:

  • Designing, purifying, and conjugating antibodies.

  • Testing antibodies using advanced immuno-applications.

  • Developing innovative tools and technologies to enhance product performance and specificity.

  • Advancing antibody-based research and product development.

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a Scientist I – Molecular Biology to join our antibody development team. This role involves utilizing molecular, protein, and cell biology techniques to enhance antibody specificity and performance. The selected candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research and product innovation in life sciences.

 

Key Responsibilities

πŸ”¬ Research & Experimental Execution

  • Design and conduct molecular biology experiments, including PCR, cloning, primer and vector design, and DNA/RNA extraction.

  • Work with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) platforms, performing library preparation and data analysis.

  • Contribute to antibody sequencing and protein characterization projects.

πŸ“Š Data Analysis & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in laboratory notebooks.

  • Compile and present experimental data in reports and team meetings.

  • Stay updated with scientific literature and industry advancements.

πŸ§ͺ Immuno-Assay Development

  • Assist in antibody characterization using ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry (ICC), and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).

  • Optimize molecular techniques to improve antibody specificity and performance.

🀝 Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work cross-functionally with teams to improve antibody design and testing strategies.

  • Participate in scientific discussions and contribute to product enhancement initiatives.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

πŸŽ“ Master’s degree (0-3 years of experience) OR Ph.D. (submitted within the last year) in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.

Who Can Apply?

βœ… Candidates with 0-3 years of experience in molecular biology and related techniques are encouraged to apply.

 

Essential Skills & Experience:

βœ… Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques such as PCR, cloning, and DNA/RNA extraction.
βœ… Experience with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), sequencing library preparation, and bioinformatics analysis.
βœ… Programming experience in Python or R (preferred but not mandatory).
βœ… Hands-on experience with antibody sequencing and immunoassays (ELISA, Western Blot, ICC, IHC) is a plus.
βœ… Strong data analysis and statistical skills (GraphPad Prism, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
βœ… Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
