About the Team:
The candidate will join the Research and Development team in the Cell Culture domain. This core team delivers high-quality biological samples, including primary cells, immortalized cells, and stem cells, to internal stakeholders.


Purpose:
To support the antibody development team by validating cell culture workflows, reagents, and consumables to improve customer outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform aseptic expansion and maintenance of mammalian cancer cell lines and primary cells, including accurate cryopreservation.

  • Conduct pharmacological stimulation/inhibition of cell lines and prepare lysates and buffers for tests such as Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunofluorescence.

  • Monitor cell health daily and maintain detailed records in data sheets and electronic notebooks.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • Plan and execute experiments and contribute to technical writing.


Skills and Experience:

  • M.Sc in Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of relevant industry experience preferred.

  • Clear understanding of cell biology, protein biology, and molecular biology.

  • Stem cell experience is an added advantage.

  • Experience in publishing research in peer-reviewed journals is a plus.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.


Candidate Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Cell Biology/Biotechnology or related Life Sciences.

  • 0–3 years of research experience in a relevant field.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong grasp of cell, protein, and molecular biology fundamentals.

  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and statistical tools like GraphPad Prism.

  • Familiarity with GLP, GMP, and EHS certifications is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong experimental planning and execution.

  • Scientific writing and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
