Team Overview:

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is a centralized internal resource supporting functions such as Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, Consumer Healthcare (CHC), Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), R&D, and Digital & Data across global Medical, HEVA, and Commercial teams.


Main Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery:

  • Provide end-to-end project management support for publications and medical education deliverables.

  • Track project timelines, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery.

  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and support required submissions and compliance approvals using systems like iEnvision, PromoMats, and DAM.

  • Support budget management and external spend tracking (approvals, purchase orders, goods received).

Compliance & Quality:

  • Ensure compliance with publication processes, regulatory standards, and internal quality controls.

  • Monitor and support adherence to SOPs and risk management protocols.

Collaboration & People Management:

  • Maintain relationships with medical and scientific stakeholders across global business units.

  • Lead and mentor SBO operations associates.

  • Support use and adoption of new technologies to improve productivity and quality.

Performance & Process Optimization:

  • Ensure all scientific/medical education materials (abstracts, posters, manuscripts, slide decks) are stored and delivered per schedule.

  • Develop and improve tools, processes, and technological solutions for efficiency.

  • Contribute to overall quality enhancement by maintaining high technical and scientific standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with scientific communication and medical content enhancement teams for seamless delivery of publication and educational initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Experience in pharmaceuticals, scientific/medical writing, or medical communications.

Education:

  • Graduate degree in science or a related field.

  • Advanced/Postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline is desirable.

Technical Skills:

  • Project management.

  • Familiarity with scientific writing, publication systems, and pharmaceutical regulatory landscapes.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Languages:

  • Excellent English (spoken and written)
