Job Description: Sales Representative - Field Worker (IND Rx)

Job Purpose:
As a Sales Representative, you will develop and implement a business sales plan tailored for Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) to drive growth and achieve short-term objectives for customer engagements. Your focus will be on executing territory business plans to meet and exceed sales targets for the product mix in your assigned division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Engagement: Visit assigned HCPs and pharmacy stores regularly.
  • Market Analysis: Scan the territory to identify and establish channels for product access.
  • Brand Positioning: Utilize strategic insights and promotional activities to position brands effectively based on market intelligence.
  • Forecasting & Inventory Management: Manage forecasting and inventory at the distributor level.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company guidelines and SOPs for all business activities.
  • Business Planning: Prepare and execute a business plan aligned with territory performance and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with disease, product details, and compliance standards.
  • Understanding of epidemiology and the competitive market landscape.
  • Essential knowledge of business planning and territory management.

Skills:

  • Excellent networking and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in information gathering and analysis.
  • Strong business analysis, planning, and execution skills.
