Job Overview

As a Pharmacovigilance (PV) Agreements Expert within the CHC Consumer Safety organization, you will manage PV Agreements for CHC products, including planning, execution, maintenance, life cycle management, and termination of PVAs. You will support strategy setting, and assist with inspection readiness concerning PV agreements. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, business development teams, legal experts, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop PVAs: Oversee the development and management of Pharmacovigilance Agreements, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders like Regulatory, Legal, and Business Development teams.
  • Project Leadership: Lead or co-lead projects and manage plans to achieve business partnership objectives.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth PV licensing processes and build strong relationships for better collaboration.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of PV licensing strategies and implement plans to align with CHC business goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Participate in operational staff meetings to share best practices, and drive continuous improvement in PV licensing processes.
  • Alignment with Business Goals: Ensure PV licensing agreements align with business development goals and drive quality deliverables.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, preferably in consumer healthcare or pharmaceuticals. Proven experience in operational excellence and tracking KPIs.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership experience in managing multi-functional teams across regions. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in vendor and contract management, strategic planning, and implementing efficiency initiatives. In-depth knowledge of international regulations, guidelines, and good practices in pharmacovigilance.
  • Education: Higher University level degree (L.L.B, JD, MBA) is mandatory; a basic education in Medical Science is preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
