Job Description:

The Representative, Customer Service / Technical Support position interfaces with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, or the Internet, depending on client requirements. This role involves providing customer service support, technical assistance, and resolving routine issues related to client products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools to provide appropriate resolutions
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
  • Accurately document and update accounts as required
  • Participate in activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products/services when appropriate
  • Track and retrieve information using the call tracking database
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring to published materials, secondary sources, or senior staff

Additional Responsibilities for Content Moderation Role:

  • Review and moderate content including text, images, and videos
  • Identify and remove inappropriate, violent, extreme, pornographic, or ultra-graphic content
  • Ensure compliance with client’s terms of service and content policies
  • Assess and review sensitive material with neutrality and accuracy

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline (varies by job requirement)
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in PC navigation and multitasking
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
    • Tolerance for repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to adapt to rotating shifts if required
    • Strong problem-solving and query resolution skills
