Position: Reporting and Automation Analyst

Location: Bangalore, India

We are seeking a Reporting and Automation Analyst to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission while advancing your professional development in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Power BI Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards to support business performance, analytics, and process improvement projects for Fortrea Patient Access.
  • Generate Reports: Produce ad-hoc reports as needed for program teams and clients, and develop specific solutions for internal reporting challenges.
  • Data Structuring and Automation: Utilize Power BI for data structuring and dashboard creation, maintain SQL Server databases, and write SQL queries. Leverage VBA and advanced Excel for automation tasks.
  • Communication: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to senior management and work effectively across teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve data quality issues, ensuring consistency and reliability for analytical purposes.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in reporting or data analysis roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, SQL Server, SQL Queries, VBA, and advanced Excel for automation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data quality and consistency.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work evening and/or night shifts (IST) if required by business needs.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or a related field, or relevant certification, along with 2-4 years of experience as a Reporting/Data Analyst.
