    We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Remote Wellness Director (Physician) to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will oversee the medical aspects of our wellness and testing services, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and refine medical and wellness protocols.
    • Approve visit records for clients as needed.
    • Collaborate with the manager and program director to develop and implement effective wellness programs.
    • Conduct good faith exams to ensure client safety.
    • Place orders and approve supplies necessary for wellness services.
    • Enforce healthcare policies and procedures within your medical scope of practice.

    Qualifications:

    • M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in Family Medicine required.
    • Current licensure from the Texas Medical Board in good standing.
    • Licensed to practice in the state of residence and Texas (additional states are a plus).
    • Unrestricted eligibility for participation in Medicare/Medicaid/Other third-party payer networks.
    • Previous experience in healthcare, with functional medicine experience being a plus.
    • Proven track record of implementing clinical practice guidelines, managing resources, and driving cost-effective initiatives.
    • Experience supervising medical staff.
    • Understanding of regulatory requirements, including JCAHO and HIPAA.
    • Familiarity with medical scope of practice.
    • Preferred experience in remote roles or telehealth.

    Essential Requirements:

    • Keen attention to detail with strong documentation skills.
    • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in using personal devices for scheduling and client registration.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
    • Reliable, empathetic, and committed to providing outstanding care.
    • Valid Driver’s License.
    • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

    Job Type:

    • PRN, Contract

    Compensation:

    • Up to $1000 monthly (with potential for monthly rates based on commitment).
