Nurse Consultant – Hybrid Role

Location: Nationwide (Atlanta, GA noted but open to all markets)

About the Role:

Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for healthcare technology and experience in adult health? Vatica Health is looking for detail-oriented and clinically experienced nurses to join our team as Nurse Consultants. In this hybrid role, you'll collect, review, and analyze patient data to enhance care coordination, quality metrics, and cost savings. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely with occasional onsite visits to local practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Records: Create detailed patient medical records by consolidating information from multiple sources. Use clinical judgment to resolve conflicting data.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with providers and practice staff, integrating yourself as a valuable team member in various practices.
  • Technology Expertise: Become proficient with our technology, train and support providers and staff, and share best practices and clinical knowledge.
  • Follow-Up: Persuade and follow up with providers to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent adult health clinical experience as an RN, preferably in critical care (ICU/CCU/MICU) or emergency department.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Diagnosis, Billing, and Quality Measures Coding is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical office personnel.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must be technically savvy with an interest in software and technology.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a non-structured environment, travel/commute for training, and thrive in a remote setting.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong problem resolution abilities, organization, and multitasking skills.

Compensation: Estimated annual salary ranges from $60,000 to $85,000, based on qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
