Job Description:

The Refractive Implant Specialist will work in the Clinical Sales – Surgeons area and contribute to establishing and implementing innovative programs and initiatives. The role includes identifying opportunities based on market trends and competitive analysis, aiming to improve the organization's sales strategy. The RIS will also maintain customer account information and generate reports to track the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Implementation: Support and help establish innovative programs and initiatives for the Clinical Sales – Surgeons area under general supervision.

  • Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to continuously improve sales strategy.

  • Account Management: Document customer account information and set up reporting to monitor the sales pipeline.

  • Data-Driven Sales: Utilize available analytics tools to target and identify opportunities with accounts and HCPs, tracking progress.

  • Product Expertise: Expand and maintain knowledge to become the product expert within the assigned geography.

  • Coaching: Mentor and guide junior colleagues on sales techniques and responsibilities.

  • Sales Incentive: Eligible for sales incentives and commissions based on performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in MedTech or clinical sales with a focus on refractive implants or related products.

  • Strong analytical skills to track sales progress and identify opportunities.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

  • Ability to mentor and guide junior colleagues.
